About Us

Real Experiences in Amboseli (KE) y Ruhija (UG)

We are naturalist travelers - passionate about living meaningful experiences in every journey. At Salvaje Viajando, we are in partnership with Ruhija Little Angels Orphanage (UGANDA) and Kilimanjaro Cottages Amboseli Camp (KENYA). We work through a horizontal exchange model co-designed directly with the Maasai community leaders of Amboseli (Kenya) and in Ruhija, Bwindi (Uganda). Our greatest passion and expertise is bringing you face to face with the real Kenya and Uganda.

We don't settle for watching through a vehicle window. We seek total immersion: direct contact with the land, the nature, and the people. We design and live genuine experiences where the priority is to live alongside local communities and understand their roots through mutual respect. We are not a travel agency. We are a bridge between the Maasai and Ruhija community, and people who want to travel with purpose.

For us, adventure only makes sense when it generates real, positive impact - directly benefiting the people and ecosystems that open the doors of their home to us, while leaving a lasting mark on every traveler.

Through Salvaje Viajando, our mission is to share this conscious, free-spirited way of exploring the world. We want to inspire you to get your boots red with African dust, to hear the untold stories of the savanna, and to connect with Africa in its purest, wildest, most authentic form.

Traveling isn't just ticking destinations off a map - it's becoming part of the place and letting every experience shift your perspective.

Bridges of Mutual Respect

Our organization was born with the purpose of building bridges of mutual respect - far removed from conventional mass tourism. We actively collaborate with local families on development and conservation projects.

Every program responds directly to the real needs defined by the Maasai community itself, ensuring transparent, horizontal cooperation with lasting positive impact on the savanna.
